At She., we are committed to getting your products to you as efficiently as possible while maintaining the high standards of care and quality you expect from us.

Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand what you can expect when placing an order with us.


ORDER PROCESSING

Once you place an order, please allow 3 to 7 business days for order processing and fulfillment.
Processing includes verifying your order, preparing your items for shipment, and handing them off to the carrier.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods such as holidays, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.


SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary based on your location and the fulfillment center used.

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):
    Average transit time is 5–20 business days after your order has been processed.

  • International Shipping:
    Average transit time is 17–45 business days, depending on customs, carrier delays, and regional shipping practices.

While the vast majority of orders are delivered within standard timeframes, some shipments may experience extended delivery windows due to factors outside of our control such as carrier delays, inventory logistics, or international customs processes.

In rare instances, delivery may take longer than 30 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your tracking number to update once your package has been dispatched.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Depending on product availability, some items in your order may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to expedite delivery.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if this occurs.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We process orders very quickly to ensure timely delivery.
As a result, we can only honor cancellation requests made within 24 hours of your order being placed.

To request a cancellation, please email support@sheisit.com with the subject line "Cancel Order."
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


SHIPPING DELAYS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, transit times are subject to their operations.
She. is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery windows, customs clearance processes, or lost/stolen packages.

We are committed to working with you and the carrier to resolve any shipment issues when they arise.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to address errors, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).


INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

She. is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.
